Secretary’s Report
The board will review and approve the notes from January’s meeting.
Treasurer’s Report
Discussion to include the invoices received from WFD#1 on December 31, 2020. These invoices were as follows: the grading and additional material added to North Road in July of 2020 (previously approved by the board), grading of North Road and additional material added in September of 2020, and finally, a culvert located under the driveway of 51 North Road that was replaced in September of 2020. (The last two projects mentioned were not submitted to the board for approval beforehand)

How are everyone’s roads? Has the sanding been satisfactory?

Additional Items to be covered
- The board has received a complaint from a KHHA homeowner that the sides of the roads have not been mowed by KHHA in the past few years. The board had chosen to forgo this expense in the last few years due to the fact that the homeowners property line starts at the road, so it was not perceived as an obligation of KHHA. After discussing the matter with previous board members, and observing our neighbors, we were under the impression that the homeowners generally maintain the road frontage of their property while performing regular yard maintenance. As board president I would love to hear from the homeowners! Is this something that we should be prioritizing, and adding back into our yearly budget?
- Terry Bosworth has asked to take the lead in a “committee for covenant revisions”. Discussion to include the additional members of this committee, the convents that they would like to revise, and the board’s support for this committee.
