Hello KHHA Community,

The board would like to announce that we have changed our monthly meeting from the second Thursday of the month at 7pm to the third Thursday of the month at 7pm.  This change is to better accommodate board members' schedules.  

Our next meeting will be Thursday, March 21, 2024. A reminder and agenda will be sent out before the meeting.

Special Meeting Announcement

 

Dear Neighbors,

After careful consideration and discussions over the past two years, the KHHA board has come to the conclusion that the association needs to increase our annual assessment (annual dues).  The only significant expenditure of the association is the maintenance and snow plowing of our roads. If we do not increase association income, the quality of our roads will decline.

Because of the Covid-19 restrictions, we cannot meet in person, so essentially, we will all vote by proxy. The board has set a date for a special meeting for:

Thursday June 17th, 7:00 pm

One week before the meeting, and again on the day of, you will receive a link that can be used to join the meeting virtually. 

At this meeting the secretary will count the votes and the results will be verified and announced. 

Please note:  As of this morning we have mailed (via USPS) the printed announcement of the special meeting, self addressed return envelope, and your paper ballot.
